Another fatal accident was reported this Tuesday. This time, on the Pogradec-Qafë Thanë road, where a vehicle went off the road and crashed into the protective barriers.

Due to the violent collision, the driver lost his life, while a passenger was slightly injured.

The police and the investigation team have arrived at the scene and are working to clarify the circumstances and causes of the accident.

A little earlier, a very tragic accident occurred on the Tirana-Durres highway. A minibus overturned on the side of the road, for reasons still unclear, while it is initially suspected that the driver suffered a cardiac arrest. He ended up as a victim of this accident, while 12 passengers were injured. Of the latter, 7 are reported to be in serious condition at the Trauma Hospital in the capital.
