A woman tries to end her life in Elbasan after violence by her husband

A woman in Elbasan has tried to end her life by consuming medical drugs in large quantities. The reason why the woman attempted suicide was the psychological violence exercised by her husband.

The event took place in the neighborhood '5 Maji' Elbasan. Police arrested the woman's husband immediately after the incident.

Citizen Xh. Sh., 39 years old. He is charged with the criminal offenses of 'Domestic Violence' and 'Causing Suicide'.
