The Tirana Prosecutor's Office sends for trial three defendants, Ardjan Ahmeti, Davison Serjani and the latter's fiancée, after being accused of creating conditions for the murder of Ervis Martinaj. The plan to eliminate Martinaj was made in 2019.

Journalist Klodiana Lala has provided the investigative file for this event, where it turns out that there is evidence that these persons eavesdropped on the itinerary and the location of Martinaj.

EXCERPTS FROM THE INVESTIGATION FILE
From the acts that occurred in the prosecutor's file, it results that: Citizen Davison Serjani is engaged to the citizen N.Sh. The latter worked in a travel agency on 'Myslym Shyri' street where he sold travel tickets, tourist packages, hotel accommodation abroad, etc.

Citizen Davison Serjani has first cousin citizen Daut Elmazi (cousin). It also turned out that the citizen Ardjan Ahmeti and the citizen Daut Elmazi are known and are cousins. According to the acts and statements, it turned out that the three defendants have acquaintance with each other, mainly acquaintance provided through the citizen Daut Elmazi as a joint contact. From the statements of the citizen N.Sh., it has resulted that from the citizen Daut Elmazi, she and her fiancé Davison have established contacts with the citizens Leonard Duka and

Fatmir Hyseni (known by the nickname "Doge" or "Dogja". These two citizens had planned to physically eliminate the citizen Ervis Martinaj and to organize the murder you needed information from the defendants regarding the movements of the target Martinaj abroad.

In the statements, the defendant admitted that in exchange for the information they would receive a monetary reward. It turns out that in two cases information was provided by the defendants Serjani and the girl regarding the travel plans of the target Martinaj.

Once the information was forwarded to the citizen Fatmir Hyseni (for an introduction of the Martinaj target with route Prishtina-Istanbul-Dubai) while the next time the information was forwarded to the citizen Leonard Duka (for a Martina target flight with route Athens-Istanbul-Valencia). According to the statements of N.Sh, the citizen Leonard Duka paid her and Davison Serjani the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) euros.

Regarding the activity of the citizen Ardjan Ahmeti, this citizen has worked at the Local Directorate of Durrës Police and at the General Directorate of Shieti Police, as an IT specialist for the period 2015-2019.

Ka rezultuar sipas deklarimeve të tij që Daut Elmazi e ka lidhur me shtetasin Fatmir Hyseni. Dauti i ka kerkuar Ardjanit që të prezantohet tek Fatmir Hyseni si punonjës policie dhe ti thotë që ai po siguron informacione lidhur me lëvizjet jashtë territorit te Shqipërisë të shtetasit Ervis Martinaj.

Dauti i ka premtuar edhe shperblim në para per këta sherbim. Në këtë kuadër, shtetasi Ardjan Ahmeti është takuar me shtetasin Fatimir Hyseni dhe i ka komunikuar sipas porosisë së Dautit.

Shtetasi Fatmir Hyseni i ka oftuar para duke treguar një qese të ndodhur në makinen e tij brenda së cilës kishte kartmonedha Euro. Sipas deklarimeve të tij, Ardjan Ahmeti nuk ka pranuar që të marrë paratë. Nga deklarimet e shtetasit Ardjan Ahmeti rezulton se Dauti i ka thënë sa më siper duke dashur që të “shese” informacionin si tq besuar tek Fatmir Hyseni dhe duke e perdorur kushëririn e tij Ardjan Ahmeti si punonjës policie dhe si burim i besueshem informacioni.

Nga takimi qè ka patur me Fatmir Hysenin, Ardjan Ahmeti ka marrë një telefon celular “Enkro”.

Sipas deklarimeve, Ardjan Ahmetit i është komunikuar prej Daut Elmazit se informacionet lidhur me lëvizjet e Ervis Martinaj po siguroheshin prej N.Sh dhe Dejvison Serjanit.

From telephone tapping transcripts n. 1316 dated 15.06.2019 and n. 1319 dated 15.06.2019 also result in the confirmations of the statements of the citizens Davison Serjani, N.Sh and Ardjan Ahmeti. Meanwhile, in the framework of this proceeding, assistance was requested through letter letters from the Turkish authorities to confirm the flights and accommodation for citizens Ervis Martinaj, Leonard Duka, Erlis Duka, Fatmir Hyseni, Igli Memaj, Gentjan Dautaj (Zoto). From the returns-responses administered in the file, it results that these citizens traveled on the same respective dates when it is assumed that the assassination that was being planned was carried out. Their accommodation also results in the same place.
