Safet Bajri 's former partner , Eria Ago, has sought freedom in the High Court.

The request comes after the Special Court of Appeals earlier eased her security measure from 'prison arrest' to 'house arrest'. 

For months, Eria Ago was held in custody in Pojska, as he was suspected of helping Bajri escape in the murder of Fatbardh Lici.

Ago has denied the accusations leveled against her, saying that she has no knowledge of the event that occurred on August 10, 2018 in Shkodra, where Fatbardh Lici was killed.

According to her, on the day Fatbardh Lici was murdered, she was in Tirana and claims that she never used Astmer Bilal's car.

However, according to the SPAK file, the opposite is true. Eria Ago is accused of transporting Astmer Bilal from Shkodra to Tirana.

On August 10, 2018, Eria was at the wheel of the vehicle and assisted in the escape of Astmer Bilal, bringing him from Shkodra to Tirana.
