NAME/ The 22-year-old who raped his mother and stole his father's

One person was arrested and another was taken under criminal proceedings, accused of domestic violence and illegal construction.

The first case concerns the detainee Erlin Piro, who after raping his mother, stole household items and his father's motorcycle.

"Specialists from the Crime Investigation Section of the Saranda Police Commissariat arrested citizen EP, 22 years old, in flagrante delicto, after his mother reported that he had exercised psychological violence against her, damaged the door of the apartment, and stolen items and his father's motorcycle," Saranda police announced on the case. 

Also, these specialists referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen Mete Gjini, 45 years old, resident of Saranda, for carrying out construction work without a permit.

For both events, the investigations have been transferred to the local prosecutor's office, with the aim of clarifying them.
