The combination of the philosophical and psycho-social dimension with a prominent literary quality demonstrates a deep understanding of man, society and the time in which we live.

The award for "Best Translation" goes to Virgjil Muçi for his masterful translation of Percival Everett's James, winner of the 2025 Pulitzer Prize, published by "Dituria", which reflects his deep knowledge of the nature of Albanian, but also his talent as a writer. The admirable dexterity of the two registers of the novel's idiom makes this major contemporary work speak to the Albanian reader, while preserving the colors and complexity of the original text.

The award for the best literary translation from French into Albanian goes to Urim Nerguti for his translation of Kamel Daoud’s novel “Hyrija”, winner of the 2024 Goncourt Prize, published by “Buzuku”. Through the varied nuances of the word and the skillful syntax, the translator faithfully brings a thrilling story into Albanian while preserving the author’s style with the silences, stuttering and multiplicity of voices of this shocking novel.

The “Author of the Best Research Book” award is given to Ali Xhiku for the work Pages of Albanian Historiography, published by “Onufri”, for his valuable contribution to the theoretical and methodological enlightenment of key issues in the history of Albanian literature, in a work that combines deep knowledge of the Albanian literary system, analysis of fundamental texts in the history of our literature, and lifelong commitment to literary studies. The award was received by the publisher of the work, Bujar Hudhri.

The "Author of the Best Children's Book" award was given to Valbona Banka for the children's novel Aria, in My Hand, published by "Dita Books", for the pleasant and humorous narrative, which interweaves in the literary text the identity signs of our country and language, which promote the formation of national identity in young readers, and emotional education through literature.
