Heavy rains that have continued throughout the night have created problems in the city of Lezha. The underground sewers have not coped with the level of flows and the water has come to the surface. The most problematic situation appears in the 'Besëlidhje' neighborhood, where the flood has made it difficult for pedestrians and vehicles to move.

The water has also blocked the entrance to several buildings in the 11 January residential block. There are also problems with electricity supply in some areas.

Due to the bad weather, since Tuesday evening, the captaincy of the port of Shengjin has suspended sea navigation for all types of vehicles. Vessels are anchored in the port and navigation will not be allowed until the weather conditions improve.

Meanwhile, in Shkodër, due to high flows, the Buna River in Muriqan and Oblik has overflowed its banks and so far it is reported that a flooded area of ​​275 hectares has been flooded.
