Albanian investigators have dismantled the drones of both Russian and Ukrainian citizens arrested a few months ago near the Gramsci Plant, on suspicion of espionage activity in Albania.
Immediately after the arrest of the citizen Mikhail Zorin, together with Svetlana Timofeevan and the Ukrainian Fiodor Mihailovic, while they were photographing the premises at the Arms Plant in Gramsh, the Albanian Police and Prosecutor's Office seized their mobile phones, cameras, and drones equipped with photography and videography tools.
These devices were submitted for examination in the first days of August, while the specialists seem to have already completed their examination. Sources from the investigation said that the Police and the Prosecution of Elbasan have in their hands the expertise of one of the drones that they seized after the arrest of two Russian citizens and a Ukrainian at the Gramsh plant. The investigators said that from the examination of the drone it was discovered that in its memory there were images of some institutions and departments of particular importance in Albania.
Specifically, the two Russians and the Ukrainian had photographed and filmed the RENEA ward, the lake of Bovilla and the military ward next to it, the Patos refinery, as well as several other important military facilities, including wards, depots and command posts. It is learned that the investigation group is waiting for the expert's response on another drone seized during the arrest of foreign nationals.
In the same way, the verification of experts is also expected on the mobile devices and other devices that were seized from the three arrested, suspected of being spies. Last week, the criminal position of the defendant Mikhail Zorin was aggravated after the medical examination report of the Albanian soldiers was administered in the file, to whom he threw chemical substances in the face when he confronted them, during the attempt to enter the Gramsh plant. .
According to the examination, the guards of the factory, Ardjan Xhaka and Aldo Bici, army personnel, had burns of the skin layer, headache, blurred vision and redness and dry throat. The injuries were caused by exposure to gas, while Bici also had soft tissue collapse in his right hand.
The doctors have assessed that the injuries caused fall into the category of those that have caused the loss of temporary ability to work for 9 days, being classified as intentional injuries./OraNews
