Lawyer Saimir Vishaj has considered as a scandal the manner of the investigation process by SPAK regarding the Elbasan incinerator issue, where one of the defendants is a client.

Invited to the show "Zone Zero" on Top News, Vishaj stated that today we only have victims, ordinary employees and not those who have really harmed the state, in the dock, where he mentions the name of former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.

Among other things, lawyer Saimir Vishaj suspects that the money found in Rozeta Dobi's press is from the incinerator affair, given that she worked as a cleaner in the apartment of the former chief of staff of the ministry of Arben Ahmetaj, Alda Klos.

Lawyer Vishaj stated that Arben Ahmetaj should go to SPAK himself to clarify the issue of hotel bills and the accident in Skopje, despite the scandal that SPAK does not take as a defendant.

"Reopen the investigations because my client cannot be held responsible for a damage that came from other people. I regret that SPAK closed the investigations so quickly, while those who benefited are still at large. Even his boss allegedly stole 500,000 euros, money that must be returned to the state. I think a cat won them. I think a cat took them to that cleaning lady. And finding 500,000 euros in a house is a scandal.

Today we have only the victims in the dock. Someone wanted to profit and hid the money in the cleaners. And a cleaner who was the minister of finance should be investigated.
