The first protest against the Rama-Meloni agreement for immigrants

In the city of Lezha, the first protest took place today against the agreement of Prime Ministers Rama and Meloni that will bring thousands of African immigrants to the Shengjin area.

Some citizens marched in the streets of the city and asked others to join them to prevent Shengjin from turning into a refugee camp.

The banners that stood out in this protest read: "Don't return Lezha to Lampedusa", "I choose the guest and not Edi Rama", or "Don't bring me Africa, bring me Europe".

The former democratic mayor of the municipality, Salvador Kacaj, said in front of the audience that Rama brings the immigrants to Lezhë, because according to him he hates the north.

"Gjergj Kastrioti chose Lezha for the "covenant", while Rama chose Lezha to bring the immigrants, who don't even want to come to Albania," said Kaçaj.
