Meta appeals again against security measures

Former President Ilir Meta appeals the security measure in the Special Anti-Corruption Appeal.

The appeal was submitted by his defense attorney to the first instance secretariat, and it is expected that a date for the review of this request will be set in the coming days.

On October 8, in two days, the Supreme Court will again review Meta's appeal to overturn the GJKKO decision and the GJKKO Appeal for the security measure "prison arrest".

The country's former president has been under this security measure since October of last year.
