According to the investigations, the two officers of the Road in Tirana, against 500-1000 Euros, returned the blocked licenses.

If the patent was suspended for 3 months, its recovery before the deadline cost 500 euros, while for 6 months, 1000 euros.

SPAK says in the request for security measure that it has managed to document 8 cases of corruption of these persons, as the investigations started after another officer was earlier arrested for corruption.
