A police mega-operation is underway in several beauty and hairdressing centers in Tirana.
According to preliminary information, about 30 aesthetic centers were raided by the police in the capital, while three people were arrested, three others were declared wanted and six are being investigated at large.
It is reported that the police action is led by Economic Crime in the General Directorate of the State Police, and aims to detect and seize contraband goods, especially botox that can be injected secretly and without the relevant license.
Controls were also carried out in the homes of some of the arrested persons, where they are suspected of hiding contraband.
