The two SPAK Special Prosecutors, Arben Kraja and Enkelejda Millonai, submitted the "Partizani" file to the anti-corruption court against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.

In the file with 333 bundles submitted to the court today, there are three more accused, Fatmir Bektashin, Andia Pustinen and Xhimi Begeja. 

The next day, the lot is expected to be drawn to appoint the preliminary judge. 10 judges will be included in the preliminary draw and judge Irena Gjoka will not be included, who has reviewed the security measures since October 2023 and according to the law should not be in this draw.
