Six people were arrested during a major police operation in Pogradec, with about 200 renea personnel participating.

•A.H., 34 years old, born and resident in Pogradec for the criminal offenses "Illegally carrying and manufacturing weapons, explosive armor and ammunition" "Production, carrying, buying or selling cold weapons without a license" and "Cleaning of products of criminal offense or criminal activity". From the control exercised at his apartment, two hunting weapons and one pistol without a relevant permit, a quantity of combat ammunition, 2 cold weapons of the type of butterfly knife and a monetary sum of 5 043 560 lek, 31 810 euros, 22 915 US dollars, 685 700 Macedonian dinars, 2920 Canadian dollars, 1550 Swiss francs, 800 Australian dollars, £620.

E.C., 41 years old born and resident in Pogradec, for the offenses "Manufacture, carry, buy or sell cold weapons" and "Illegally carrying and manufacturing of armor, explosive weapons and ammunition". From the control exercised in his apartment, three cold weapons (knives) were found, one of them pen knifes as well as model 56 rounds.

D.J., 33, born and resident in Pogradec for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", after a small amount of drug substance (cocaine) was found from the control exercised.

•A.B, 47, born and resident in Pogradec for the criminal offense "Production, keeping, buying or selling cold weapons without a license" after a cold weapon was found from the control exercised.

• E.J., 33, born and resident in Pogradec for the criminal offense "Organizing illegal lotteries" after the control exercised on his two mobile devices were found accounts in the name for placing sports bets for different citizens for the purpose of profiting as well as a monetary sum of 200 000 lek suspected of benefiting from this activity.
