In the investigative file of the online pyramid schemes XUEX and TXEX , the testimonies of several women involved have also been made public.

"These individuals are suspected of being in the role of main managers, as from the information obtained operationally they recruit and secure various people, adding secondary and tertiary groups of people, with the aim of increasing their profits, thus enabling the functioning of the suspected fraudulent pyramid scheme," the investigative file states.

A personal search was conducted and that of the apartment of citizen Evgjeni Kokoneshi, and during the search of the apartment, a Samsung mobile phone was found in the kitchen, with a green protective case, with IMEI number 351233877560252, with a holder in the shape of the letter "L", with telephone number 0684573261, which was seized as material evidence from citizen Urani Gjini, (mother of citizen Evgjeni Kokoneshi).

She became familiar with these platforms through conversations with various friends in Divjaka, who told her that it was a profitable project, legal in Albania, a project in which they had invested themselves.

To become part of the platform, her neighbor, citizen Erjon Koçi, helped her, to whom she gave 1,100 euros and he downloaded the application and taught her what actions to perform.

She stated that she included three of her friends in the group, whose names are Elda Sota, Enxhi Shkoza and Matilda Zhuka.

She invested in these three citizens with her own money and they returned it later. She then included Vera Gjini, Lume Stefa, her mother Urani Gjini, as well as her daughter and son-in-law in the group.

The total amount she invested in the platform was almost 1,000,000 new lek. She also stated that neither she nor the members of her group have withdrawn any lek.

Regarding the Samsung mobile phone found in her apartment, she stated that it was hers.

Citizen Aurora Kajo was questioned in her capacity as a person with knowledge of the circumstances of the investigation, and stated that she used the XUEX platform via her phone and invested in this platform.

The amount she initially invested in this platform was 200,000 new leks, which she deposited through the bank.

The XUEX platform was acquired by a citizen named Ledio Shebeku, who came to have lunch at their bar on Divjaka beach, where in conversation he told him that the XUEX platform was legal.

Initially, the declarant was registered and then her husband, Medi Kajo.

The declarant was a user of the XUEX platform during the period April, May 2025, and the account balance reached the amount of 2500 USDT.

In June 2025, the declarant withdrew the amount of 2500 USDT, which she initially transferred from the XUEX platform to the Binance application and then to the Bank.

In addition to the declarant, her husband, Medi Kajo, also had access to the cryptocurrency account on the XUEX platform.
