One of the crimes confessed by Henrik Hoxhaj, Nuredin Duman's friend, is the double murder of Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia. 70 thousand euros were paid for the execution of Shkoza, while he himself would receive 35 thousand.

Hoxhaj confesses that he would have committed the murder for a little money because it was about personal issues. Along with Henrik Hoxhaj was also Eljon Bitri from Elbasan, Lulzim Bitrti's brother who was killed two years ago. The latter would have the role of driving the vehicle with which the murder was committed. Hoxhaj says that at the moment he shot one of the targets, he suspected if he had killed "the right person", because he had told him "it is not me". After receiving the confirmation from Eljo Bitri, he shot him in the head two more times.

I told him to hold the car and as soon as Eljo stopped I fired two pistols without opening the car window. At this moment one of the two persons fell to the ground while the target Dorjan Shkoza took a few steps and then fell to the ground. I got out of the car and the injured man told me it was not me.

I asked Eljon if this is him or not and he replied that he was, then I shot him two more times in the head. Then I got in the car and we left. I took my car to Tirana and passed a police checkpoint but left. We left the weapons in the car and Eljo burned them in Shkumbin " , Henrik Hoxhaj is said to have said in front of the investigative group.
