The head of the Cadastre in Tropoja, Ajlin Alfredaj, was declared wanted in July of this year because she was accused of incorrectness in the task assigned to her.
For her, the court has set the security measure "House arrest", for the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents", "Opposition to the employee performing a state duty or a public service" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth", while has also been suspended from office. There have been many abuses by the Cadastre.
However, Ajlina Alfredaj puts the blame elsewhere. Ajlina is already under investigation, while the court has set a more lenient measure against her, that of the obligation to appear. Ajlina also accuses her director, the former director of Tropoja Cadastre, Blerant Lushaj.
Ajlina's accusations do not stop there, as she says that she was blackmailed by the Tropoja prosecutor. After the irregularities, Lushaj retired, while Ajlina was appointed as responsible for the Cadastre in 2020. But for the new boss, a troubled situation began.
According to her, one day she received a phone call from the Prosecutor of Tropoja, Artan Shtrunza, asking him to be favored for the establishment "Valbona Sh.PK". Together with the head of the police station at that time, Arjan Dumi.
"They constantly take me and put pressure on me. The property in question that I intervened in is in Valbona, where several HPPs can be built." She says that for these blackmails there are also the messages sent to her by Artan Shtungza, who, according to her, wrote that he had to meet her to help her with something in the Cadastre.
The prosecutor, for his part, rejects these accusations. According to him, nothing proves this. The prosecutor considers all the accusations to be Ajlina's fairy tales. Ajlina goes even further with her accusations, saying that she was threatened, and they even attacked her car, damaging the headlights and puncturing the tires.
"Are you going to finish that job or we're going to fire you in 24 hours." said Ajlina. Among other things, Ajlina emphasizes that she made anonymous reports about certain files, while all of them were taken into account by the prosecutor in question, who verified them. " He demanded my arrest. He even threatened my family. He tells me if he loves his family, either finish that job or take care of his son ," said Ajlina.
On the other hand, prosecutor Artan Shtrunza stands by his actions. He says that the investigation has been extended for 8 months, with evidence and reports. Meanwhile, Ajlina makes strong accusations against Blerant Lushaj, who was the Cadastre Director at the time she was in charge.
Ajlina: The SC came and found many violations. It was recorded that properties were registered without title, he resigned and ran away. The piranhas tried to get Lusaj's reaction, but he became too aggressive, threatening the journalist and cameraman.
Lushaj : Get out. You stay with me...you go.
Operator : Are you holding us hostage?
Reporter: Put your hand away.
Lushaj: Go bring me the logos, directly. Go get the logos and I'll let you out of here.
