Cheating foreigners through the Call Center, the administrator in Elbasan is

1 in handcuffs and 4 under investigation was the balance of a police operation for fraud through call centers.  

As part of the coded police operation "Pending call", citizen Mirsad Nokiçi, 26 years old, the administrator of the call center entity, was arrested in the act, and criminal proceedings were initiated against 4 other citizens, employed as operators in this entity.

The coded police operation "Pending call" is finalized, for the crackdown on the criminal activity of fraud through a call center entity.

For defrauding foreign citizens, through computer equipment, to invest in fictitious markets, the administrator of a call center entity was arrested in the act, and 4 employees (operators) of this entity were prosecuted.

Computers, USB and mobile phones that served this criminal activity are seized.

Also, a quantity of narcotic cannabis that was found on one of the operators was seized.

Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Elbasan and the operational structures of the Elbasan Police Station, as a result of proactive two-month investigations, under the direction of the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office and with the support of information intelligence, for a case of fraud through a call center subject, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Pending call".

In the framework of this operation, the citizen MN, 26 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested in the act, and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were started in a free state for the citizens R. Sh., 27 years old, IK, 26 years old, EB, 28 years old and NS, 24 years old, all four residents of Elbasan.

From the investigative actions, it has been found that these 5 citizens, through a call center subject (administrator MN citizen and operators 4 processed citizens), in the district "Sul Paprri", Elbasan, deceived foreign citizens, so that they invest money in fictitious markets.

In the premises of the subject call center, the Police services found 3 computers, 1 laptop, 2 USB and 6 mobile devices, which were seized as material evidence, together with a small amount of suspected narcotic substance cannabis that was found NS citizens

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Elbasan, for further actions.
