Manjani sent a message to the judiciary: Give up the "prison arrest"

A simple manual, which perhaps helps public judgment.

If you want to understand how legal it is to jail someone, try to understand the following:

1. How dangerous for society is the arrested person? In short, is he a murderer, a terrorist, a spreader of infectious diseases and the like?

2. Why is the taking of another measure of insurance or prohibition not valid?
The question is, why can't the financial guarantee, the ban on moving abroad, the suspension of the exercise of public office, the obligation to appear or house arrest be applied?

3. Does non-custodial arrest hinder investigations? That is, how difficult does the investigation become if the person is free?
The methodologies of the last 70 years even suggest that investigations are better and evidence is more easily found when the person is released and under procedural supervision. If you isolated him in custody, what's the point of asking?

4. What is the possibility that the person can hide from justice?!
The courts have no way of evaluating this if the person is not placed in a measure other than arrest. There you can see the readiness of the investigated person to be correct or not with the measure.

Otherwise, keeping him in prison on the suspicion that he might escape is just speculation.

So try to understand, if at least one of these 4 points is true, then the prison arrest is legal.

Imprisonment outside these criteria is an abuse of the law, of basic human rights and freedoms, and is clearly a show to create fear and political terror.

Therefore, first of all, journalists are asked to try to find one of these criteria after every arrest they report. Do not spread news of "sources" about what the arrested person did.

First, tell us why you deserve to be legally arrested?!
Why does taking another measure not help the investigation?!

Help the public understand the decisions of the courts and their behavior in relation to the law.
Then let's deal with what the arrested person might have done.
I have this suggestion.
