The grandmother of the 12-year-old girl from Pogradec, who ended her life a few weeks ago, told News24 details of the tragedy.

She told the last conversation with the little girl, as well as what her granddaughter told her after the meeting that the little girl had with her mother, 7 years after she abandoned her and separated from her father.

The grandmother says that at the meeting, the mother told her that she would come and see her again and that she would take her with her to Greece.

The girl's grandmother: The former bride, we understood why she left, she was also young. She left the first time when she was 2 months pregnant... we don't know why she left, they were both 15-16 years old with the boy. She didn't give birth to our daughter, I took her home when she was 1 year old, and then she ran away when she was 3 years old.

The day he ran away, he left the girl with the other boy's maid, I was for coffee somewhere, and when I came I couldn't find him. We called the police and he told us that he is not coming back, and he left the girl.

The first trial gave her custody, but she could not keep it because she too has grown up as an orphan. In April, after 7 years, she met her daughter. The chupa was prepared by the bride (her stepmother) and the grandfather brought it out for his mother to meet.

He stayed for 10-15 minutes. At first, when she saw her, her mother had cried and told her, "You've grown up, mom, I'll come back and buy a phone." Yes, the girl had told him no, that I have the father. Çupa also said these things to her friends, who had told her that she would come again.

The girl in these years did not express herself about her mother, and when I asked her, it is not like she gave any reaction.
