The car hits the pedestrian to death on the Fier - Vlorë highway

A fatal accident was registered this Monday afternoon on the Fier-Vlora highway.

The police authorities inform that the citizen K. Gj., 44 years old, while driving a "Ford" type vehicle, had an accident with a passerby, who died at the scene as a result of the injuries he received.

The event happened around 15:50, near the village of Novosel. The victim is a man, about 60 years old, pedestrian, still unidentified.

The investigative team is at the scene and is carrying out further actions for the accident.
