The decision to relocate the structures of the Local Directorate of the State Cadastre Agency of Vlora to Tirana is approved.
Another institution, the property management institution, is leaving Vlora and will be located in Tirana.
The decision is dated January 23, 2026, signed by the Director General of the Cadastre, Lorena Goxhobelli.
This decision comes into effect from February 1, when Vlora will no longer have a Cadastre.
