A hearing for the dismissal of Erion Veliaj is being held at the Constitutional Court.
The Presidency requested that it not be part of the trial, that is, that the Constitutional Court not judge Begaj's decree on the elections in Tirana, with the argument that it is not within its competence.
The same argument was also supported by the Council of Ministers. Meanwhile, Erion Veliaj's defense said that it is the competence of the Constitutional Court.
