The investigation began after interceptions on another matter. The file with four corruption suspects was separated in May, which coincides with the time when Topi's company was declared the winner. while the next investigation still started in January of this year.

Vladimir Topi and the engineer arrested for corruption will appear before the court this week, and as it is known, SPAK will also seek prison terms for them./TCH
