A woman was raped by her husband after he found her talking on the phone and when she asked to see the messages, the young man reacted violently by punching her in the ribs.

According to the file, the mother of two children told the police that the fight between the two culminated when she realized that her partner was developing a strange addiction to the phone. According to the documents on file with the police, the suspect with the initials DM was calm until after every comment the woman made when he was looking at her with the phone in his hand.

The complainant remembers for the police that the "reconciler" and eyewitness was the mother-in-law who intervened and separated them. "My mother-in-law told me to go outside until she calmed down. Convinced that her partner was cheating on her right before her eyes, the woman further mentions that her husband's phone addiction was not related to phone games.

"We have had arguments from time to time and we have never gotten along, as he revolts and uses violence. But I didn't file a complaint because I thought about the children and supporting the family. The reason why we fight is that I am demanding, my husband accuses me of being jealous but it is not true.

The man says that only he has the right and his word should be heard. With the last action he did, I am convinced that he is betraying me and that the reaction was such that I was scared and did not take my request to the end. He was about to break the phone just so I wouldn't find out who he was talking to," adds the whistleblower.

According to the OPGJ, this citizen has been asked to perform a forensic examination to complete the file with the fractures caused to the ribs and head. But while the police have been waiting for answers from the IML (Institute of Forensic Medicine), a letter sent by this institution to the police has confirmed that the young woman was not presented to them to be equipped with the required expertise. Despite this, the police also questioned the mother-in-law, who, as expected, came to her son's side and defense.

Thëniet në deklarimin e mëparshëm  nuk janë të sakta dhe kërkoj të kryej një deklarim të dytë të ndryshëm nga ai që kam bërë në mëngjes, pasi ne shkojmë mirë megjithëse u zumë për telefonin. Kam ardhur në komisariat me vullnetin tim dhe pa u ndikuar nga askush”, shprehet T.

Por policia vëren se pikërisht mbas qëndrimit të dytë të nënës së dy fëmijëve, është paraqitur në komisariat me vullnetin e tij bashkëshorti i akuzuar. Kjo e ka bindur policinë se kallzimi i parë i gruas ishte i vërtetë dhe ndaj ai duhej proceduar për dhunë në familje.
