The departure of Albanian doctors and nurses from the country for a better salary towards Germany has ignited a debate on social networks, after the statement of pediatrician Edi Tushe.

The doctor, in a post on social networks, was harsh towards the nurses in Albania who, according to him, demand high salaries, but do not even know the technical words of their profession or how to take blood.

Mentioning the departures to Germany, the doctor writes that "- you open the door two meters, and say- we are going to Germany!!... You??!!... Woe to Germany for you!!!... There, wash and rinse your diapers and poop of the elders there, some 300 b. on shift".

The reaction of the Association of Nurses of Albania on social networks has also been harsh, reminding the doctor of the time when he was the head of the maternity ward and "where the midwives and nurses did the biggest work and at their expense you got the credit and money from family".

In the years when you were the head of the Maternity Hospital, where the midwives and nurses did the most work, and at their expense, you took credit and money from your family to look good and professional, and now that you retired and went private, you look unprofessional ????
Did your generation deserve the titles you hold today and the positions you hold that you have turned into private property and places for personal gain and not to serve patients???
