Lovers of speed or those who like racing are hindered by the Traffic Police radars, which often spoil their plans.

But the desire to break the rules on the road has forced drivers in the country to create new paths. Moving from car lights notifying drivers of police presence on the road to the use of technology.

Such is also a group created in the messaging application "Telegram", in which drivers from all over Albania notify each other to be careful in places where it is found that there are Traffic Police radars installed.

The group is called "Forza Tirana" and its part is not a few, but 1026 members, who at any moment of the day write and notify about the presence of radars on the road and police patrols. "The road where Durrës Road joins Mine Peza", "Traffic head with series 5 at Xhamlliku", "radar on the Tirana-Durrës highway, without going to Vorë", "radar after passing the traffic light in Golem", "Durrës- Kavaja at the fuel, how many entered the highway, smart cars", these are just some of the messages that drivers announce the presence of police, radars and even smart cars. In the group, members also share photos showing police patrols on certain roads.

But the "Telegram" application is not the only one used to communicate through messages to notify about police radars. Some time ago, the Economic-Financial Crime Sector in Tirana Police prosecuted three people who had opened a similar group on "Whatsapp", accused of the criminal offense of actions that prevent the discovery of the truth.

In the last two years, due to very serious traffic incidents on some of the most problematic roads, the Traffic Police has increased controls. Part of the strategy for reducing accidents was the amendment of the Road Code in June 2021, in which the value of fines for road offenders was multiplied. But in order to succeed in reducing accidents, in addition to the changes in the Code, the State Police has invested in technological equipment, which help spot what are considered "bombs" on the road. For several months now, it has been a smart car, which automatically issues a fine to all those who drive faster than the permitted speed limit. A few weeks ago, ten more smart cars were added, bringing their total number to 11, there are 16 automatic radars and 2 automatic mobile license plate readers,
