Confiscation of assets of Redjan Rraja and Kejvina Kthjella, GJKKO's appeal

The Special Court of Appeal has postponed for the third time the hearing on the SPAk's request for the confiscation of the assets of the citizen Redjan Rraja, among them an "Audi" car, which is also co-owned by the citizen Kejvina Kthjella.

Meanwhile, it is reported that neither Redjan Rraja nor Kejvina Kthjella were present and the session was postponed due to the fact that the lawyer Kristina Marku, who represents the interests of Marsela Biba, was not present.

From this current investigation, the court decided to exclude lawyer Marku and decided that the case will be followed by lawyer Edvis Gorishti. The next session has been postponed to January 31 at 08:00.

The testimony of Kejvina Kthella:

The investigations so far have proven that the suspect Redjan Rraja, in the early hours of the morning, went to the city of Durrës. According to the statements of citizen Kejvina Kthella (date 05.11.2019), who says that:

"... The last time I met with Redjani was Thursday, 31.10.2019. Around 22:00 in the evening I was in the apartment and Redjani came. We stayed overnight together and in the morning, on 01.11.2019, around 10:30 am I left for work, while Redjani stayed at the apartment. I communicated with him several times during the day and he left the apartment and went to Durrës with some of his friends.

They were drinking something he told me, but I don't know the exact details. I want to say that I have communicated almost every day with Redjani on the phone, but we have not met. As far as I remember, on Saturday, 02.11.2019, when I spoke on the phone, Redjani told me that he was abroad.

Similarly, on Sunday, 03.11.2019, we communicated normally around the hours of the morning and simply had a normal conversation. I communicate through my phone, number 06924 XXXXX, Redjani has the phone number 06920 XXXXX ".
