The High Judicial Council has decided to suspend judge Arnisa Kelliçi, who about two weeks ago denounced that she had been threatened by her family through a handwritten letter.

However, today, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana said that Judge Kelliçi had written the threatening letter herself, while she was charged with a false report.

However, journalist Artan Hoxha, commenting on this development, emphasized that the investigation should not have been done by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, as there is a conflict of interest. Hoxha also said on the show "Top Talk" that Judge Kelliçi was not only threatened by letter, but also by phone.

As reported, judge Kelliçi had an affair with one of her colleagues, and everything started as a joke.

"Tirana should not have investigated it, because there is a conflict of interest. The case should be investigated by a prosecutor outside the jurisdiction of Tirana. Actually the threat is by phone, the letter is a part of the threat. Meanwhile, today Tirana says that it is a false report. Where was the dactyloscopic expertise done that turned out to be the judge's handwriting?

This is a matter that should be handled by a prosecutor outside Tirana in the first instance. There is another problem in this story, if the representatives of the new generation of justice get involved in this kind of conflict, they are causing a blow to public trust in justice," said journalist Hoxha.
