Three people are suspected of being the perpetrators of the assassination two nights ago in Milot, where Klisman Preçi, the driver of the 'Toyota Land Cruiser' type vehicle, was killed and Ylli Ibrahimi was injured. They stayed for about 10 minutes on the street in front of the alley of the palace where the two people lived, who were neighbors with each other. 

Journalist Elton Qyno has given details about the July 22 assassination attempt in Milot, where Klisman Preçi was killed, while Ylli Brahimi was injured.

In an interview, Qyno stated that the perpetrators had accurate information about where they moved, where they lived and what car their targets used to drive. Qyno also informed that the cameras were not working in the area where Preçi and Brahimi lived.

" The authors had accurate information about the place where two people, Ylli Brahimi and Klisman Preçi, were moving. At the same time, they had information about what car they were moving in and at the same time they had information that the cameras did not work in the place where they lived. It was an armored car that saved the life of Ylli Brahim, as he was in the car.

The journalist also informed that the perpetrators have taken care to secure blind-piercing bullets, as they had information that Preçi and Brahimi were traveling in an armored vehicle.

Ylli Ibrahimi and Klisman Preçi had been in a bar in the center of Milot a few meters away from their homes and apparently the assassins followed their movements.

Since the vehicle was armored, sources indicate that one of them approached the glass and shot at close range, and then they left in the Audi type vehicle. 

After firing Kalashnikov volleys that did not penetrate Ylli Ibrahimi's armored car, the perpetrators followed them to the entrance of the building where Ervis Martinaj's friend lives. In the photos provided by Report TV, it can be seen that some of the bullets managed to tear the blind and penetrated the rear window.

After being shot with a barrage of bullets, Ibrahimi and Preçi were rushed to the Trauma hospital in Tirana, but the 27-year-old Preçi could not survive due to his injuries and died in the hospital 1 hour after the incident. Ibrahimi is in serious health condition.
