A 32-year-old man was arrested by the Durrës police after being declared an international wanted man. Amarildo Luca was wanted by the Italian state as a member of a criminal organization for drug trafficking. The police announce that work continues on the extradition of the young man to the neighboring state.

"The 32-year-old, wanted internationally as a member of a criminal organization for drug trafficking, is located, caught in Durrës and provisionally arrested, to be extradited to Italy.

Specialists for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics of DVP Durrës, in cooperation with the services of ZQK Interpol Tirana, following the work of locating and handcuffing the wanted citizens, captured and temporarily arrested, with the aim of extradition to Italy, citizen:

- AL, 32 years old, resident of Durrës.

The 32-year-old has been assigned by the Court of Milan, the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics", carried out in the form of a criminal organization, provided for by the Italian Criminal Code.

In cooperation with the CCO Interpol Tirana, work continues on the extradition of the AL citizen. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of the Judicial District of Durrës, for further actions," the police announced.
