The head of the Public Procurement Commission, Jonaid Myzyri, appeared today at the Special Prosecutor's Office, after being officially indicted. Myzyri is expected to be charged today, as he is suspected of violating equality in tenders. 

According to preliminary information, the investigations reveal suspicions that, while exercising his function, Myzyri has unfairly influenced public procurement procedures, violating the principles of equality and competition.

The Chairman of the Public Procurement Commission appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office premises on April 7, 2025 and was questioned. That day, after leaving the SPAK premises, he did not make any statements to the media, choosing to remain silent in the face of journalists' questions.
