The hearing at the GJKKO for the "Partizani" file begins. The Special Prosecution Office is represented by Arben Kraja, while Enkeleda Millonai is not present due to health reasons.

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, did not appear at this first session, but chose to be represented by lawyers Genc Gjokutaj and Klodiana Gjyzari. Also present are Jamarbër Malltezi and Xhimi Begeja.

Andia Pustina and Fatmir Bektashi are missing.
