"Partizani" file/ Judge Ulliri requests resignation: I am cousin to
Elsa Ulliri and Sali Berisha

Judge Elsa Ulliri has submitted a request to resign from the trial of the "Partizani" file.

The resignation was submitted to the head of GJKKO, Erion Bani. In her arguments, she says that she is a cousin of Democratic MP Andia Ulliri.

Elsa Ulliri was appointed as the rapporteur judge, while members are Bib Ndreca and Rudina Palloj. The session on the merits begins at 10:00, where the decision on the judge's request is expected to be learned.

It is not known whether the request was accepted or not.
