Not only in Peqin, some high-risk prisoners are transferred from the "VIP

An operation to transfer prisoners was undertaken overnight, following the escape of Altin Ndoc from Durres hospital.

These are the images from the operation to transfer high-risk prisoners from Durrës detention center to Fier prison.

Their transfer was carried out in dozens of vehicles, while other prisoners were transferred to the high-security prison in Peqin.

The transfer was carried out shortly after midnight, under the escort of dozens of police vehicles, with increased security measures and strict protocols, while the convoy arrived at the Peqin prison premises at around 00:15.

The focus of the operation was on high-risk individuals, who until now were held in Durrës Prison, an institution also known as the "VIP prison", due to the conditions and profile of some of the convicts.
