Prime Minister Edi Rama continued his speech in the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, where he focused on developments in the Middle East and Albania's position regarding the Israel-Hamas conflict.

Rama joked that he would do his best in his speech to survive Netanyahu's trial. He emphasized that he is the second most important international speaker after US President Donald Trump.

"I will do my best to survive your judgment, I am the second international speaker after Trump to give a speech here. Allow me, in a simple spirit, to give my highest appreciation and sincere thanks for Albania and myself, my gratitude for this invitation," he said.

In his statements, the prime minister said that responsibility for the violence lies with Hamas. "The executioner is Hamas and no one else," Rama said, describing the organization as the bearer of an ideology of terror, which according to him acts against both the Palestinians and the Jewish people.

Rama stressed that Hamas' ideology represents a totalitarian dogma and that, according to him, without the complete disarmament and dismantling of this organization, there cannot be a lasting peace in the region. "Until Hamas is disarmed and dismantled, no peace will last and cannot be achieved," the Albanian prime minister said.
