How much will teachers and educators benefit from the Great Package

Both teachers and educators will benefit from the new financial support package to mitigate the effects of price increases.

Awards for teachers and educators will be divided into two categories. Those who receive a salary below 60 thousand new lek gross will benefit 20 thousand new lek. Meanwhile, teachers and educators with a salary of over 60,000 new lek gross will receive 10,000 new lek bonus, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced.

"6,045 teachers and educators with a gross salary of less than 60,000 lek will benefit from a new monetary value of 20,000 lek from the Big Package, while 30,693 other teachers and educators, with a gross salary of more than 60,000 lek thanks to the continuous increase in salaries , they will receive 10,000 new ALL and all together will not have in their families the worry of inflation of the war on basic consumption, in this difficult period for everyone".

The new package of financial support to mitigate the effects of price increases has a total value of 7.8 billion ALL. The big package, as the Prime Minister named it, was approved at the last meeting of the government, where it was once again decided to change the budget with a normative act.
