Since Friday, SPAK and OPGJ prosecutors have conducted investigations in the municipality of Kukes to verify the data obtained from the video where the mayor was filmed having sex.

It is learned that the legal expertise of the film footage that appeared on social networks has also been carried out, as well as the view of Safet Gjic's office.

From a simple inspection that BKH officers carried out in the municipality of Kukës, it turns out that the premises are the same, and it is said that the video was recorded in the personal office of the Mayor of the Municipality.

Who was filming in Gjic's office

In addition to the initials and other data of the person in question, DITA published in the first hours of the outbreak of the scandal the detail that Alma K. was not alone in her actions.

There is no doubt that the 40-year-old made the recording herself, chose the corner of the office where she placed the hidden camera mounted in her handbag, and performed all actions with complete forethought.

But she is supported by someone, with whom she prepares acquaintances with victims of the Gjici type and has consulted the video in detail, after the recording.

The part of the video scandal that can be seen below is cut from the full footage and shows the moment when Alma K. gets up and walks towards the camera.

She moves her bag, apparently to get something to clean, at which point the camera is clearly out of focus ( seconds 15 to 25). So 10 seconds later, the woman resets the camera precisely focused on Gjicin, who excitedly awaits her return by the office desk.

This moment shows not only that the 40-year-old is very familiar with surveillance technology, but also that she is exactly the one who made the recording.

But did she herself share this video she recorded?

It is highly unlikely that this will be the case. Above all, because her face appears as clearly as Gjic's in the video.

Why should he burn himself in such a 'kamikaze' way, a person who has been dealing with this "work" for years? The answer is: For a lot of money. Alma K. has been paid, but the distribution of the video and its intentions are not Alma's.

An investigative source told DITA that there are reasonable suspicions that the distribution of the video was done by a person who, more than Alma K.'s "collaborator", is a kind of her "tutor".

He operated earlier with such recordings and provided the woman in question with protection when she had trouble with the authorities, denunciations or the targets of the recordings.

According to DITA's source, this person is a former senior official in the administration, from where he was separated in recent years and invested in the media.

According to the DITA source, when there was political talk in public about such videos, with which even foreign diplomats were threatened, the information was provided by this person.

His contacts with Alma K., the type of relationship they had, the time they met and how many such "actions" they were together, are being investigated.

It is certain that there are other videos, of the Gjici type, high-ranking SP officials were targeted, but to get to them and who is hiding behind Alma K. and some others like her, a very focused investigation is needed wider than Safet Gjic's abuse of office investigation. An investigation that will probably fail in its entirety.

An in-depth investigation would also prove the clear connections with politics of the former official hiding behind Alma K.

This would highlight for the public the full truth of the event, which goes beyond the scandalous actions of a mayor in state offices./ DITA
