A tragedy occurred on Friday evening in Lefkada where a 4-year-old boy lost his life from a tractor driven by his 30-year-old Albanian father.

The tractor his father was driving went off the road and fell into an adjacent field. There was also a sixteen-year-old boy in the vehicle, who was the nephew of the driver, who was slightly injured.

The driver of Albanian origin was sent to the Lefkada police and was released today.

The Albanian's family consisted of father, mother and little 4-year-old Florian. Since Floriani was born, he had a heart problem, and his father's goal in life was to make his child the best he could. He worked day and night so that he could provide income for the surgeries and everything else that his little angel needed.

The whole life of the family was this little boy. "The little boy was a wonderful creature. He looked into your eyes and liked you just by the way he looked at you", was the message of a friend who has known the Albanian family closely.

The 16-year-old nephew, who was with them, was also injured in the leg. He is currently undergoing an operation at the Lefkada hospital.

In memory of little Florian Apollonas Karyas, the village where the family was located, says: "Due to yesterday's tragic event which resulted in the loss of a small child, rehearsals for all Sunday dance classes have been postponed."
