So far, it seems like a beautiful and fun fable for some tourists who were visiting a place unknown to them, but the afternoon of August 20 showed that the truth turned out to be quite different.

What happened on August 20 in the village of Çekin in Gramshit and what is the real dynamics of the event?

After the investigation, News24 revealed the place where the two Russians and the Ukrainian stayed during the days they were in Gramsh, until the moment the incident happened at the plant.

1 automjet Chevrolet me targa AX 6200 IP, dy drone, aparate fotografike, laptopë, usb memorie, celularë, pajisje te dyshimta elektronike, para, 3 lingota ari, pajisje vëzhgimi për natën, hardisk i jashtëm; 1 (një) copë fishek model 56, kalibër 7,62 mm dhe 1 (një) predhë fisheku armë zjarri kalibër 12.7 mm, dokumente identifikimi dhe udhëtimi, pajisje kampingu të ndryshme, 1 bombol e përdorur në formë spray neuroparalizuese, 6 telefona celularë dhe karta sim, ku disa prej kartave ishin shqiptare.

Në këto karta sim janë gjetur edhe komunikime me numra shqiptarë. Burime konfidenciale thanë për News24 se para se të mbërrinin në Gramsh, dy rusët dhe ukrainasi kanë pasur kontakte edhe me persona të tjerë në Tiranë, me të cilët janë takuar veçmas. Kush është “Krasnij Vorobej” “harabeli i kuq” që përmendet në kontaktet e tyre në Shqipëri. Ky informacion është në dosjen hetimore dhe mbahet top sekret.

Në aparatet e tyre janë gjetur të fotografuara objekte të sigurisë së veçantë të ruajtura nga ligji si dhe objekte të infrastrukturës kritike. Përveç Uzinës Ushtarake të Gramshit, kanë fotografuar edhe Hidrocentralin e Moglicës, digën e këtij HEC-i si dhe rezervuarin e Bovillës. Në rrjetin telegram, në një grup ku ishin 4 persona dërgoheshin të gjitha fotot që kishin bërë dy rusët dhe ukrainasi në vendin tonë.
