The head of SPAK Altin Dumani , in a meeting with journalists, spoke about the decision of the GJKKO Appeal judge, Dhimitër Lara , who returned to prison Namik Simixhiu , part of the accused for the Tirana incinerator.

SPAK head Altin Dumani said that the judge cannot bring charges.

Question:  The Court of Appeal gave a decision for Namik Simixhiu, in the ruling the court and judge Dhimitër Lara filed charges that are not in your request. Is Tirana's incinerator being investigated as a criminal group? Or has the court gone astray?

" This matter is under preliminary investigation, I cannot provide information. The preliminary investigation judge cannot bring charges. We as prosecutors and I... The judge cannot intervene at this procedural moment , "said Dumani.

By decision of GJKKO, Simixhiu's measures were changed to house arrest, but SPAK appealed and so he is back in the cell. 

Simixhiu is suspected of committing the criminal offense "Abuse of duty" carried out in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group.
