The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, is holding a meeting with journalists and was asked about the most important issues that the prosecution is investigating.

Asked how to proceed after the decision of the Supreme Court on the case of January 21, Dumani stated that the decision of the court will be implemented and the normal procedure will be followed.

Further, the head of SPAK underlined that there will be a need for coordination with the Tirana prosecutor's office.

Based on the decision of the Supreme Court, it is required that the case of January 21st be investigated by SPAK, paving the way for the registration of the report of the Nika family.

Regarding the investigations into the affair of the privatization of the former club 'Partizani', Dumani said that property investigations have been carried out for Sali Berisha.
