Erind Çelmeta was one of the vacationers who was on Potami beach in Himare yesterday when the tragedy happened. He has shown that Arjan Tase calmly performed the maneuver while driving the boat, taking the life of 7-year-old Jonada.

In an interview for "Euronews Albania", he said that the boat had a powerful engine and the girl's body was pulled out of the sea by her father.

Çelmeta broke down in tears as he pointed out that the event was very serious and the vacationers ran in terror.

" That maneuver was done very calmly by the driver of the boat, we did not see any irritation. Immediately as the boat began to make that very rapid maneuver, with a very great motor power, there we saw a horror, where the sea became all blood and the people all ran.

They tried to pull the boat from the shore with their hands, because that person was so cold-blooded that he wanted to run away from this scene. After that I saw the father who took the girl out and put her body in the sea. It was very difficult for everyone, " he declared.

Arjan Tase held the position of Chief of the Community Policing Section at the Elbasan Police Station and after this event, he was fired by Gladis Nano.

He has been charged with manslaughter and it is expected that within 48 hours the security measure will be announced in the court of Vlora.
