From the investigative documents, it has emerged that the defendant Muhamet Manollari is the son of the citizen Mehdi Manollari. The latter, on 05.05.2013, left Albania for Syria, becoming part of the "ISIS" organization, listed as a terrorist organization by the United Nations Security Council. Citizen Mehdi Manollari is listed according to VKM no. 769, dated 02.11.2016, in the national list of persons declared for financing terrorism.
On 19.11.2018, the defendant Muhamet Manollari, transferred through an institution that offers financial services "money transfers" the amount of 864 (eight hundred and sixty-four) Euros, in favor of the Syrian citizen with the initials AAS, in order to sent to his father Mehdi Manollari, who at that time was in Syria, and was a participant of the terrorist organization "ISIS" (he is believed to have died in 2019).
To send this amount of money, the defendant Muhamet Manollari did not use his name, but used an identity card in the name of the citizen with the initials AN, who had reported it missing some time before the event, and the amount of the money was sent not directly to the citizen Mehdi Manollari (since he was listed as a person to whom transfers could not be made), but to another person referred by him, the Syrian citizen AAS
