A 43-year-old Albanian man has been heavily fined in Italy, after he decided to take the old sofas of the house that he no longer needed to the streets and abandon them there.

The incident took place in Rimini, where the Albanian transported the old mobiles with a truck and threw them in an uninhabited area. However, the witnesses who saw his gesture immediately called the authorities.

The latter loaded the furniture and then took it to the yard of the 43-year-old Albanian's apartment. The punishment for the Albanian did not end there, as he was also fined 10,000 euros for throwing waste outside the designated places.

The Albanian justified himself by saying that he had left the sofas there temporarily and that he would take them again to take them for recycling. However, his version did not convince the authorities, who left the hefty fine in effect.
