New details from the exchange of gunfire in Xhafzotaj of Shijak where one person was injured.

The suspected perpetrator has been identified as Arbër Hoxha, 30 years old.

In the middle of the day, two people who had conflicted with each other in advance, shot a gun in front of a shop that sells accessories for vehicles on the side of the Durrës-Shijak road.

Other people were also present in the conflict, including the injured person.

Traces of numerous bullets are visible at the scene, while Enidor Dedja, 36 years old from Shijaku, a friend of two brothers, owners of the commercial entity where the incident took place, was injured in the leg from the exchange of fire.


The event turns out to be the result of a conflict for weak motives that started between one of the owners of the subject and the suspected author of harassing a girl.

This Friday, the parties decided to meet "to clarify", but they were involved in a physical fight and exchange of fire during which the 36-year-old Dedja was injured and his life is not in danger.

After the shooting, the suspected perpetrator Arbër Hoxha quickly left the scene in a Ford Fiesta vehicle.

A portion of the bullet casings that were fired from one of the two guns used has not been found.

It is initially suspected that those involved in this event tried to hide the evidence.
