The gates of Shkopet are opened, the Zog bridge on the Mat river is damaged

The gates of the HPP in Shkopet have been opened again, as the flows in the Mat river have increased.

The gates were opened last night and due to the large flows, two legs of the Zog bridge near Milot were damaged.

One structure of the bridge has fallen nearly two meters, while its legs were also damaged by heavy flows last year.

The Kurum company opened the gates to download the streams a few days ago, without notifying the residents of the endangered areas and without the knowledge of the relevant authorities.
