The shocking story of the murder of Migena Kodra, who was stabbed to death by her brother-in-law, Roland Sina, while she was sleeping, has once again been put in the spotlight.  

Regarding this event that occurred on April 9, 2023, invited to the "News 24" studio, Migena Kodra's father confessed to the murder of his daughter, who has his own suspicions that the victim's husband is also involved in this incident.

Although two years have passed since this tragedy, conflicts continue between the two families over the custody of the children, who are currently reportedly staying with their grandfather and grandmother.

Migena's father, Kasmi Kodra, confessed that he had been fighting legally with his son-in-law for more than a year, demanding the return of the children to the apartment where their mother was killed.

It is learned that in the last court session, the court decided that the children should live with their father.

Regarding this situation, Migena's father, through tears, is today demanding justice, while raising suspicions that her husband was also involved in the murder of his daughter.

The father's suspicions arose after the daughter's confessions, telling her family that she had recently had severe conflicts with her husband.

"The main reason was a soft loan. They discussed it in the family, they wanted to take it for the reconstruction of the house. Her ex-father-in-law told her; go with the daughter-in-law and ask for a loan. They went together, and told the mother-in-law; you are not allowed to do it because you are disabled, but the daughter-in-law can benefit from it. They went to the house and started arguing and said; the village woman will take our house. The argument broke out. Instead of thanking her, they put a bullet in her in the middle of the night. She called me late, I said are you okay; okay. She said; oh dad, they are cursing me, my mom and me. It was a quarter to 12. I told her to come and pick me up now, no, she said; come and pick me up later. I got up at a quarter to 4, and I went to the bar and the waiter said; this idiot killed my sister-in-law. I saw the initials and my mind immediately went, oh I said that's my girl. The police then picked me up and said; Come on, give the little girl a break because she won't stop. (crying). The gun was found behind the house and 34 million lek on the roof of the house. The investigation says so; that my daughter's brother-in-law killed her. But to kill yourself twice with a bullet, who knows. There are no traces, they have been erased. Only the girl's mother-in-law is a witness to the event. I don't believe that the brother-in-law is the murderer. It's difficult. But I have left it in the hands of justice. We don't know the exact time of death. They didn't call the police, but the neighbors. When I asked the girl why she didn't call her husband after the fight, she told me; she won't answer the phone. I have faith in justice, I'm waiting for it," said Migena's father.

On the other hand, in a telephone call, Migena Kodra's husband claimed that he had left the matter to justice, while adding that he did not want to talk about personal matters.

"I haven't seen my children for a year and a half. I've left the matter to the court. I don't want to talk, these are our personal matters. Come on, bye bye," said the deceased's husband.

We recall that 37-year-old Migena Sinani (Kodra) was stabbed to death in her sleep by her brother-in-law after repeated arguments between the two parties.

As a result of the serious incident, the perpetrator, Roland Sinani, committed suicide in his backyard a few minutes after the crime.
