The attack with 15 bullets on the building of "Top-Channel" continues to remain unsolved, although the police and the prosecutor's office of Tirana claim that they have significantly narrowed the circle of people who allegedly participated in the shooting of the television station.
The prosecution recently sent a letter to the authorities of "Europol" in France, asking for help in the examination of two genetic profiles, which were found in the cartridges seized at the scene of the crime.
And while the investigation group is waiting and there are great hopes that the answer of "Europol" will bring clarification of the event, on the other hand, the first answers of the experts have arrived at the prosecutor's office.
"Ora News" learns that the two expertises, ballistic and forensic, have confirmed that the guard of Pal Kola television was killed by a ricochet bullet. The investigation has totally ruled out that Pal Kola was the object of this attack with a weapon.
According to the dynamics built through the security cameras of the television and the expertises carried out, it has been proven that the perpetrators fired 1 single bullet in the direction of the cabin where the guard, Pal Kola, was standing.
The bullet that took the latter's life, according to two expertises, turns out to have changed its trajectory.
After the projectile was found damaged, which is proven by ballistic and forensic experts.
Pal Kola, did not die inside the guard's cabin, but he got out of it walking about 7 meters and then fell in the yard of the television.
Just a few hours after the gun attack on "Top-Channel" and the murder of Pal Kola, the police of Vlora accidentally stopped Roberto Papçi, the former son-in-law of the victim.
But after his questioning and police verifications, it turned out that he was in Gjirokastër and from this city he was traveling towards Vlora, where he said he was going to meet a friend to buy a car.
Papçi has been released, while the police and the prosecutor's office of Tirana have already focused their investigations on three people who are part of organized crime.
They are being kept under surveillance, while during this investigative period it has not been possible to clarify the motive for the shooting of "Top-Channel" television.
For this part, the shareholders of the television were also questioned, but none of them declared to the police the possible motives for the attack with a weapon on their property, where one person was killed.
